My computer wont start properly

Hello, umm. I have a gigabyte motherboard. So it does the gigabyte thing on the screen and the windows 8 loading screen afterwards.

But today, its just the gigabyte word in the screen and doesnt proceed to the windows 8 loading screen. I tried to push buttons on the keyboard. But i realized my keyboard doesnt work. But my mouse was working.

So i left the pc on, with the gigabyte on the screen. But like 30 minutes after, its still there and the computer still ddnt start. So i turned it off. And took off the small circle thing or the CMOS. Since it helps rebooting the system. I left it again for 5 mins. And placed it back again.

The same thing happened. Can anyone help me? Thank you
