Web pages wont appear

I have a windows XP laptop and my internet explorer won't display the webpage . Can anybody help me with issue

OK. So when did this start happening? Wifi or ethernet? Please give us a little more info on your environment so that we do not have to guess at how to trouble shoot this. Either way, do you get an IP address? Your router or your ISP? Thank you!
