Hello,I get popups that I have viruse's when I try to install it tell me it might ruin my files ,even thou I have mcafee. I tried to turn on the window protection but it would;nt let me. this is a brand new inspiron computer and I am fed up with it already

you need to update your anti-virus.
this will make it more efficient.
run a scan of your hard disk to remove all the threats.
