Trogan!! dialer.dropper?can anybodyhelp me.

Hello,
i have a trojan called dialer.cca.dropper on my computer. i dot know much about computers and dont know what to do at all.

it was detected by my avg free edition (version 8.5) and it has moved it to something called the virus vault-i really dont know what this is :S

anyway can someone give me really easy insturctions to remove the damn thing, not too hard or technical cuz as you can tell, im no computer genius- i find it hard to use microsoft word.
i have windows xp- thats the furthest my knowledge goes.

oh yeah, it also says that i have loads of other viruses and cookies(i thought these were only available to eat-obviously not!)
