its M11X Alienware I am using te control keys along wit few alphabet keys ar not workin. cant remove battery its built-in etc. reinstalled KB,D softwareS but to no avail. shut up shut down restore point... through all that. help plz learned fellas

99% of the time these keyboard problems a traced to mechanical problems with the keyboard. Replacement of the keyboard and/or use of an external USB keyboard is the standard fix.
