Max payne 3 is not installing on my computer

i have searched and found on many sites the min requirements for max payne 3 and it matched my computer specs but when I tried to install it..at the end of installation my computer's screen gone blue and said that dumping memory..i dont know wht to do plz help me

Assuming you got this game on Steam, go to the store tab and search max payne 3 and see if the requirements are the same with your computer. Don't check other websites, check the platform in which you got the game from.
Here are the requirements for Steam I copied and pasted:
