The given procedure would be a waste of time if we post for the wrong OS. Please let us know what OS you are using!

Try this 1
Let us know your PC/Motherboard brand name and model number.
OR
Click on the below hyperlink "CPU-Z" and download the file.
CPU-Z
Extract the file --> If your using 32-bit OS, then double-click on
"cpuz_x32". If it's 64-bit OS then double-click on "cpuz_x64".
Click on "Mainboard" tab. Let us know the Manufacturer , Model with rev
number, Chipset & Southbridge.
Click on the "CPU" tab and let me know the "Package".
Also let us know the operating system you are using.
