DVD drive not play certain cds

I have tried the various suggestion s from the net ,deleting the lower and upper filters.but still can't play. But when I checked in 4d36e967, 4d36e96b, 4d.....96c,4d....96f out of curiosity I found the upper filters are there. Are they to be found there,why,what can happen if they are deleted. Can that solve my problems,please please assist

Are these certain CD's originals or copies?

what region are they?

No, they are copies. They for the quick response. And sorry what do you mean as what region are they..

That's probably the issue then.

What format is your copied cd made in?

Is it audio or video you're playing?

What player are you using?

Try VLC Player
