Worst virus ever

Hello,
I can't remove the shortcut virus on my computer... it is the combination of two viruses and it is really hard to remove even we go a lot of scan .. it cant be detected .... we try some shortcut virus remover but it seems dont work.. can you recommend us another way.. we don't want to format this computer cause important files are here....

Hope you have some tips thanks..
