Uhm, can someone help me? today my earbuds suddenly stopped working. I checked my computer to see if anything was wrong and i found nothing, i also tried this on my phone. It didnt work no sound from both of my earbuds could be heard. No my cord isnt visibly damaged. Can someone tell me why this wont work? I do not want to get a new pair.

Sounds like their broken. Perhaps you can try a 3rd device?
