My computer won't do anything..

Please help my computer comes on but would not let me click on anything...I'm getting frustrated can someone please help.

Anything on the screen? What?

What is the make and model of your machine?

What is your operating system?

Your lil icons on your desktop? Have they changed or they still look the same?
I suggest you try restoring to a previous point. Here is how:

Hi
But they are still the same it won't let me click on anything.it like its froze. I try to go in safe mode and restore but it's telling me I don't have a restore point

I suggest you redownload and install those apps again.
