Hello, my name is ryan and evry time i put a blank dvd in dvd drive to burn and the sing pops up and say to me that. i dont have a dvd formmatt my computer is pc dell.

you have not given enough details about the problem you are having.
well, you just need to close that window and then continue with what you want to do (burn your DVD).
