My computer used to turn off again and again whenever i used to turn it on! So i thought of dusting it's dusty ram and placed it back... bt after it showed tat it showed boot failed enter the system disc and press enter so i restarted it and i heard a beeping sound from the back of the cpu and now my pc doesn't turn on at all.... so what should i do to fix it rite???

You can't fix it yourself. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at it.
