Step 1: Clean boot
When the computer is started in clean boot, non Microsoft programs will not be started and any interruption from them would be avoided.

Note: To place the computer back to boot normally use the procedure under Steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state in the same page.
Step 2: Uninstall the game
You can uninstall the game through control panel.
Step 3: Install the game
