Only vertical color stripes on the display.......

Hello,

I have an Acer Chromebook:

Acer Chromebook C710-2856 MFG Date: 2013/11/11

S/N: NUSH7AA016345224E43400

The screen starts jiggling and turns to a screen with only vertical stripes in various colors. Until now I could solve the problem by carefully adjusting the angle of the screen, or by slightly twisting the screen and holding it there. Now the screen will not work at all and has vertical stripes on 1/2 and white on the other half. I cannot find anyone else with the same problem. Thanks for any help you may provide.

This sounds like you have a problem with the video cable or video chip. Repair would cost more that buying a used replacement.
