Can't get web pages

Hello,
i can't access the nodes page on my campus web site. it always shows' the connection was reset.' i use a dongle for my lap. but i get access to the page when i go through a desktop computer. please help.

Does you campus have a "help desk" in the computer lab?

This is a local problem that needs to be corrected at the local level.
