Hello,
Yes, as it's true I can't prove that I am the legal owner of my Nokia 5000 d2, but infact I am the legal owner of my Nokia as I purchased it brand new a lot of yrs ago when my fone broke (Jst a quick buy until my phone got fixed) I certainly see where ur coming from as I can't indeed prove the phone is mines. Thanks for taking the time to get bk to me anyway ??

Greetings,

As I mentioned before, everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.

Sorry, but no, you can't prove on this forum that you are the legal owner. The best we can suggest is for you to take it to where you purchased it from or to a Nokia dealer with proof of purchase and personal id. Perhaps they can get the phone flashed, mind you, there will be a charge. (Password recovery is impossible)

Good luck
