How to slove this problem

Hello,
i have a problem with my computer some keys doesn't work, the key "7", "8", "9" but if i press it sequence it works again and sometimes it doesn't work again, i want to know if it is a hardware problem or a software problem???

To know that you have to try an external keyboard.
