Some of keyboard keys switched places?

Goodmorning sir, I have a problem with my laptop Samsung, because some of my keys switched places. How do I fix it?

Did you press any combination of keys? can you tell exactly which letters are switched places?

when I press shift + num 2, this will appear "", supposedly this will appear @ after hitting those keys
