I am not certain how we can help you. If you have no idea what the username was, how are we to know? Did you set up the account with the phone? Does gmail ask for the mobile number? Have you tried to recover the account using the mobile number?
I understand it is a little late, but these are the reasons why one must create their accounts on desktops, laptops, or some other non-cellular service. It enables multiple ways to retrieve.
