Hello,

my sister never received a code for her account she have traveled to another country and she cannot access her account since she is asked to verify through a code but she have none and never received one.How can she access her account?

thanks alot but it still remains a problem since she cannot access her mail and she absolutely has no code and the conversation box which asks for phone no inorder to receive a code does not appear.The one which appears is only theat which asks her to verify with a code since she is signing in for the first time in uganda.Think better to migrate to gmail.Thanks
