my phone has been hacked and my Facebook deleted please help

Sorry to hear that, If your account has been hacked and deleted, you can request to facebook by filling up the form here:

https://www.facebook.com/login.php?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fhelp%2Fcontact%2F164405897002583

And you can also email to facebook info@support.facebook.com with the subject "Request for Restore Facebook Page" without quote.
