Hi Otsile,
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. We have no way of knowing that the evidence you provide is real (or stolen along with the phone).
Im sure you can appreciate our stance if you were to consider it from the viewpoint that if we helped someone get past your security on your phone, then you would have just cause for complaint.
Whilst we dont doubt your honesty, there are bad people out there and we have no way of knowing which are which.
I really appreciate thank you messages as a payment for solving issues :o)
