Computer automaticly shuting off

Hi I Have A Question And I Hope U Can Answer It.

My Computer Keeps Shuting Off And There is No Warning. Every Now and then if I don't use it for and hour or so it will automaticly shut itself off and I don't know why. Is there a way I can fix it?

Look at your power saving parameters.
