Hello,
I'm working on a HP 15-109wm for a friend and I could really use some help. Immediately after turning on the computer it starts to display repeated 6's over and over again in the search boxes making it impossible to go anywhere. I have tried uninstalling or disabling the keyboard yet have had no luck. looking for suggestion to resolve this problem.

Replacement of the keyboard is your only option.

Good Luck

Thanks for the feedback. I wasn't able to replace the keyboard, however I did manually disconnect it from the motherboard which resolved the problem. I set the computer up with on screen keyboard, it is working fine now.

You might be able to use an external USB keyboard.
