Hello abubakarwaris,
Have you recently installed this operating system or have you bought it preinstalled? If you have updated to Windows 10 from previous version of Windows, you may have to update all the chipset drivers too. Go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download all the drivers if necessary. You should be able to update the driver of your NIC as well. Hope I gave you some ideas. Cheers.
