Why can't I import photos from my mobil (Samsung) to my pc? As if my kies program does not work

Perhaps you need an older version of Kies if you have old phone.

Well it used to work, but then it stopped. When I try I get the message that the program miss something. Then I tried to download an other kies program, but after long time, where my pc worked og that, it sayes that the downloading is finished - but nothing had been downloaded. My Kies program it called "Kies light"
