Keys not working

Hello,

i have a keys on my dell inspiron 15 3000 series laptop that have stopped working specially q w e r u i o p 3 4 8 + - F1 and F2 and sometimes 3 and under arrow keys press automatically and continuously. i shut down my laptop , removed battery but nothing happens. please help...!!

did you try an external USB keyboard?
