Lockdir folder empty, does not show data

Hello,

sir i have problem with lockdir.i protect my data with this software but when i renewed my window and want to open that folder it was empty and donot show data but properties shows that there is data available and folder is protected please tell me how to show my data that is saved in d drive .thnku
