Rundll becloudhairweavers.dll

Major problem with computer - assume downloaded virus. Cannot access existing programs or open any downloaded registry fixers/editors as when press run or open the dialogue box epons asking which type of file do you wish to associate the program - the one that is needed obviously not being there. Please help
Have tried various solutions but to download a virus program or open existing virus program not possible. Have tried restore system but cannot acess program due to serror mentioned

It's come out when everytime I start my pc.

(Can it can be soft when we FORMAT and install the OS again?)

hello,
I can not open my flash.when I click on the flash drive,I just see a shortcut of it and then when I want to open it, I face with this error:

error in-WOCJMDDWIZI.com
missing entry: rundll32

I virus scanned it several times but it didn't show any record of viruses.my antivirus is ESET and I have updated it recently.I temporary open my flash by adding it to archive.rar but it takes time.
I wonder if any one could help me with this problem.
