Blootooth problem

Hello,
I am Using Samsung On5, with Android OS. I havev samsung bluetooth headset Hm1100. now I am not able to listen music via this.
Please help me.

Did you pair the two devices? If not, you must Pair them. Go to your bluetooth control panel, and turn on bluetooth. Then search for devices. It will pair them with your approval!

What is the make and model of your PC?
