Keys not working

Hello,

My 1 year old laptop does not work well. Like some do not work (E,F,J,N,O,R,Right arrow key,5). Before 3 days windows 10 started for update automatically. Then 3 keys stopped working. Next day 5 keys. And today 8 keys does not work. And windows update also stopped. Please help me. It's very urgent.

did you test using an external USB keyboard?

I suspect you will need to replace the internal keyboard.
