Hi
I'm using hp pavilion 14 notebook pc 14 -v021tu .. it's just about 1 hr 6 months only past 2days some keys only not working. I tried ur battery trick it's not working what may the issue. ?

I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard. It's possible that you will need to replace the internal keyboard.
