neha, good afternoon.
You can use a Conditional Format to show them for you.
Suppose:
Master ID --> A1:A100
DATA 1 --> B1:B100
DATA 2 --> C1:C100
DATA 3 --> C1:C100
Item Name --> D1:D100
G1 --> Type a item name to search
Try to do:
Select A1:A100 cells.
CF MENU --> NEW RULE --> USING FORMULA
Type it: =D1=$G$1
Choose the color you want as fill format
OK
