Sorry for disturbing but ill would like to ask if you can help me....i bought a iphone 6s and im trying to download messenger n new facebook but it wont works......also i have reset the phone and trying to on the wifi i type the password its not working and also the format of this phone its bit a different.. Please can you help me

Please reboot and reinstall follow the instructions
