Samsung Galaxy VI VoiceDial call out

When I received a phone bill for this android phine, I noticed a VoiceDial call ouT to 000.000.0008 ? What is this. After seeing that I decided to look through the phone bill a little better and noticed that 2 days before that a DA Call was made to 000.000.0411 if you could please help me out. I am going completely mad here.

It looks like a 411 informational call, and a fat finger of "8". Your best bet is to call your carrier and ask them!
