Pc wont get past dell startup screen

Hello, I am currently having a pproblem with my PC startup. So I reset my PC (cleared data) and while in the process I had gotten a message saying reset failed. It then reset my PC and the dell support assist had been repeatedly cycling through the dell startup and the dell support assist. Help I really want to go on my PC.

A damaged hard disk might cause this type problem. I suggest you contact Dell and see if they can sell you a preprogrammed replacement hard disk.
