Photoshop ram problem

Hello, does ANYONE RELY KNOW WHY the hell it says this when you have enough ram to send a rocket to Jupiter

Hi

It's frequent with Photoshop. Just save your work, delete all of temp files and return to Photoshop.

(Ram is not necessary to launch a rocket)

i know it isnt, i was stating a fact that its saying that ,but i know
this isnt the case ,as for resstarting, i open adobe 1st try the simplist
of things it says it 1st off as for going into performance on adobe it
says i only have 1.5g avalable of ram
