I have a galaxy grand prime phone second hand it was hard reset but it was synced before now it is asking for the email address and password and first; last names I don't have that information it will let me wifi but after I connect to a hoy spot it doesn't do anything else no dial pad on stuck like chuck please some one help me

Create an email account and provide the information what they need.

If you are able to connect with the internet then try to reset your security details. May be it helps. If it does not work...

Then, you need to contact with the person where you purchased the phone. Bring the phone along with the owner's photo ID to Samsung's showroom nearby you. They can reset it.
