Hi there attaullahkhan,
Here are my ideas on how to make the browsers work:
1. Clearing the caché from both of the browsers.
2. Reinstalling the browsers
3. Install all the necessary updates on your laptop regargind the operating system
4. Make a system check or even scanning of the HDD against viruses and malware.

I'm sorry to hear that! :( Well, let's try something else. Restart the PC and enter the Safe mode while booting. There, you must navigate to the Command prompt console and enter the following command:
sfc /scannow
Press Enter and tell me what happened after the test. Also, if you have tried the steps mentioned in my previos post, please tell me if they did give you any results.
