Some keys are not working

Hello,

Sir i am using hp laptop and some keys like g , h, backspace, numbers 4,5,6, 8 and up and down arrow keys are not working. I am facing trouble a lot please help.

To troubleshoot the situation, please first try to use an external keyboard.
