Automatically transfer information from Sheet 1 to Sheet 2

Hi,

How can I automatically transfer data from a cell in Column A in Sheet 1 to Column A in Sheet 2?
Once data is copied over into Column A in Sheet 2, Column B,C,D and E has VLOOKUP formulas linked to information in Sheet 1

Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 headings

Column A Column B Column C Column D Column E Column F
Stock Item "PACKAGE SIZE" UOM Items Per Case PACKAGE PRICE UNIT PRICE

Suggestion : enter this formula in cell A2 of second sheet: =Sheet1!A2, then copy the content of that cell down in column A.
