Sir , when I start my PC I click on ups button and then click on CPU button and then below CPU button a small red light occurs it beeps and window display it mean PC is start..my problem is when I click the cpu button the below red light is not occurs it mean PC is not start .what can I do to start the PC ..please help me..

It appears you have a hardware failure in either the motherboard or the power supply. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop diagnose this.
