Hello,i have a problem with my screen laptop.when it is switched on doesn't display anything though it's unit works well.

hi,
remove the battery, press the power button for about 20 seconds, put back the battery and then reboot.
if the problem still remains, then contact a technician for support.

Does the unit have an external vga socket.?
there may be a key sequence that you have to press to tell the laptop to use internal vga.
I had a toshiba laptop that does this.

what laptop do you have?
