I downloaded photoshop, but when I click to instal it doesn't do anything??

Did you verify that your PC meets requirements of the Program. that is usually the first indication that your PC will not run it, if it doesn't install! What OS? Are your logged in as admin when you try to install?

Yes I'm admin on my PC. I already have dx 10/11 on it also. ??? I went to microsoft and updated but it said I'm up to date .

How much space is left on your disk? Did it spit out any errors, or does it just not run? Right click over it and select As admin. Give that a try.....
