Hi, I forgot my password on my HP Notebook PC. Someone said to put it back to factory setting. But I don't know how to do that. He said when I first turn on the comp to press F5 or F6 or F10, he really didn't know which one.. I only use the comp to watch movies, so it is not set up for internet or have anti virus on it.

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
