Lenco xemio-657 fully charged not turning on

Hello,
does anyone know why I can't turn on my lenco xemio-657 when it's fully charged? I've having this problem for a week now and wonder if anyone can help me with this

If you can remove the battery, remove the battery and hold down the power button for 45 seconds. Give that a try.
