My tv card keeps going blank

Hello, I can't seem to understand why my lightwave tv card model LW- EXPTAV seemto be going off while watching on my hp dv6000 series laptop. it was working fine at first then 6 months later it started showing this problem. Are lightwave product that good? Are there a solution to the present problem i mention ealier

hi,
you must install the driver for the TV card.
