First of all, you can transform your watch screen from a regular style to a sports tracker screen using the Focus feature on your iPhone. When you go for a workout or exercise, you can set a watch face that displays your physical activity parameters depending on the type of exercise. And when you finish your workout, you can easily return the watch screen to normal watch mode. Automatic Pause is another useful feature that will help get accurate data on physical activity for those who jog, bike or roller skate along city streets and are forced to stop at traffic lights. On your Apple Watch, open the Settings app > Workout > Auto-Pause > Auto-Pause. On your iPhone, open the Watch app > My Watch > Workout > Auto-Pause > Auto-Pause.
