Not able to install Google Chrome

Hello,

I am not able to install Google Chrome in my PC (Windows 7 Ultimate). The error message says that a recent version of Chrome is already installed when. I am trying to delete older version, it is not visible in control panel and my registry editor is also not opening. When I install Firefox, it is also not opening. My Internet Explorer is also not opening.

Can you please provide a solution?

Hello,

Please confirm you have properly uninstalled your browsers. Go to Control Panel, find Programs, and under select Uninstall a Program. Make sure you do not have these browsers listed, if you see them delete them and try to install again.
